With a wealth of knowledge about the hotel industry and experience as a spa operator for over 9 years, Mrs. Aurélie Denoueix now offers her services for Spa Concept Design and operations planning. Rich of her years as a hotel General Manager, Mrs Denoueix understand the processes familiar to the hotel management teams and has created an inviting concept of Tropical Asian Spa compatible with the hoteliers needs.
The basis of Mrs Denoueix' spa success philosophy is human resources. The success of a spa relies on its personnel and therapists must be trained thoroughly and continuously.

Consulting on existing projects
For existing spa concepts which need to re-vamp their operations and a meticulous examination of their menu, staff's performance or image.
Consulting to create a new brand and establish a spa for a hotel or a chain
Asea Spa Development now proposes a new service to assist properties or chains to set up a new spa concept to their brand's image, and reap the benefits of their own brand of professionally organized spa. With her team of marketeers and architects, Mrs Denoueix marries her talents as an operator with some of the most creative people in her field to create a tailor made spa brand.
The 5 main steps of planning, building and implementing a new concept are as follows:
- Concept drafting, marketing planning and branding, menu design, collaterals concept

This option provides a hotel with a fully operating spa and a marketable concept within a 6 to 8 month time frame. All projects must be submitted to Asea Spa for evaluation and a detailed quotation will be presented to the client hotel.
